A retouch 8 weeks after your chemical relaxer to keep your hair soft and smooth.
Cancellation Policy
With a commitment to efficient scheduling and to ensure all clients receive the attention they deserve, we adhere to the following policy and procedures. A $50 deposit is required to secure all adult styling services. A $25 deposit is required to secure all kid services (up to 12 years old). Our staff kindly requests that you provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-shows: Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 50% service charge. (Appointments are considered late and will be canceled after 15 minutes). Contact Information: We must have your current contact information on file to connect with you regarding any changes to your appointment. For marketing purposes, a social media release option is included in the online booking portal. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your cooperation in adhering to this policy allows us to serve all clients effectively. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.
